Robert MThe manager here was awesome and quick. We were diverted from our original pick up point and sent here without being notified they closed at 12. We arrived 15 minutes late and he still helped us get a trailer so we could move into our apartment. It was the only thing that went our way that day. The gentleman who helped us really lifted the spirits of our whole family. I highly recommend that he get recognition for going out of his way with extraordinary customer service.

Glenn CI went 8 miles and they charge me 2 gallons of fuel ??!! How the hell that makes sense. I use u haul all the time and never charged me fuel for 8 to 10 miles. Ridiculous

Brian ASomeone didn’t clean truck, but that was ok. I used the moving blankets that were left by previous renter. There was also left over moving dollies that I left in the truck.

Charles RTrailer needed sweeping on pickup. Staff told me to bring back on monday but facility was closed and dropoffs not possible. Left outside of gate.

Brian AStaff was great. System was down but they worked it out so we could be on our way before and after. Van was great. This is my second time renting a van for a short move <4hrs. Last time I rented from Home Depot in Chesterfield. They don't have any at Wentzville Home Depot but saw this in Google search. MUCH better deal. Will use this location again and recommend highly to friends and family.
Regina PI booked this Uhaul for my mom to move my things to my apartment while I’m out of the country. I specifically booked this Uhaul for 8 hours. And come to my surprise when I mother went to pick the uhaul up, they informed her that she would only be able to use it for 3 hours because they close at 1pm. Excuse me? 3 hours to move everything I own into another apartment? The fact that there’s an option for time slots while booking and uhaul not delivering what is promised is disappointing and frustrating. I will not be recommending this location to anyone.

Brian KBe sure to call the location staff! It turned out that they closed at 1:00 pm on Saturdays and DO NOT accept returns after hours. The website allowed me to reserve the truck for 6 hours on Saturday starting at 10:00 am. And we received text messages from U-Haul offering after-hour dropoff. Luckily we were home on Monday morning to return the truck. If the staff at that location would have called us when they received the reservation we could have started much earlier on Saturday and would have been finished by 1:00 pm.

Sean MWas surprised to see the $40 charge for insurance. I was not made aware of this fee. Additionally, $40 is too much for 1 or 2 days of insurance. $10 would be much more reasonable.
Larry LLower the rental rates......you pay a flat rate rental fee for equipment, fill gas tank for what was used.......and then this "per mile" fee that is more than the equipment fee and fuel price combined. Had the equipment for less than 3 hours and paid close to $100 for the rental. Too much.

Brad TReservation from 8-2. As I was picking up the truck, I was told they close the gate at 1. So, no after hour drop off. I ordered 2 Dollie’s. I received none. I ordered 5 bags of covers. I received 2.
