Didn’t have the truck we reserved but ended up giving us a larger one for the same price. Didn’t have the toy hauler we reserved had to go to St Peters to get it.

STEPHEN RDidn’t have the blankets we ordered and didn’t have the correct drop off destination on the contract. Didn’t check the vehicle when I returned it.
DAVID SEveryone is very friendly and helpful
DEBORAH SU-haul stated Zisser tire in Wentzville as a drop off location. They were closed with a sign stating “No after hours U-Haul drop off”. We received instructions from U-Haul on how to leave the trailer but we couldn’t do it due to injury. Please remove Zisser as an option for return when they are closed. Bad experience!
