Being a single female, I felt completely safe with the security, lighting and access in the building after renting here for a couple of years. The constant temperature was a blessing both in summer and in winter. I highly rate the cleanliness throughout the building and it was convenient to have a bathroom available if needed.

The inside of the truck smelled pretty bad like dirty dog and the driver door wouldn’t shut all the way unless you closed it super hard. But everything else was fine. Person at front desk was super helpful and friendly

I used U-Haul for two separate rentals this week . The first rental went fast and easy with a cheerful employee helping me. The second rental was needed after hours but using the online checkout took me 47 minutes and Had I known that the system was so technically poor I would’ve arranged my timing to allow myself an additional hour for pick up or plan for an in person pick up instead. The U-Haul app Does not make full use of the quality cameras And the newest iPhones.. It Seemed to downgrade The resolution of every image that I took so that they were not clear enough For verification. I am a technical person And I needed assistance from my software engineer husband to get things processed.. I cannot imagine somebody with limited technical.

I had a storage unit at In-Towne Storage for 4 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about the facility. Cathy and staff were always pleasant and accessible. There was one incident where one of the couches I had in there get water damage from a leak in the roof and the couch was ruined but I was going to get rid of it anyways. I told Cathy that and she said that the staff would take care of it when I moved out and they did. Additionally, I moved out in early Sept and they reimbursed me for the 26 days I wasn't going to be there. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

This truck smell so bad you can’t even breathe while driving you have to keep the window open to breathe it was Pat smell in truck I want to talk to management team to get discount I didn’t use Monday cuz of smell which I end up returning on same day like I use 24 mile and return due to bed smell. I was not happy that I received the truck with less than 1/8 tank of gas. I only made it 2-3 miles from there before the low fuel light came on. I was an inconvenience. Also the headlights on the truck are not very bright at all. I was driving at night in the rain and could barely see the road at times. I liked when a car would pass me because then I could see the road. The headlights from the cars were 2-3 times brighter. I think you should invest in LED lights. The lights are my main complaint, everything else was fine other than the fuel situation. I rent cars a lot when I travel for work and they always come with a full tank and you need to return them that was or there is an increased cost added.

I was a little bit confused at first, but once we got to the location it was quite easy to get my keys for the vehicle and go through the process before driving. The vehicle we got was the perfect size for our move even though we thought things would not fit it was bigger than expected. The ramp was very helpful as well to get big furniture out with ease. If we ever need a uhaul again we will definitely come here :)

I had no issues with physically dropping off the equipment. Everything was clearly marked and easy to find. However, the uhaul.com/share website experience was cumbersome and awful to use. I could not submit my final pictures because every time I took the intended picture, the sight would refresh and my pictures would be gone. I never got past more than one picture. I would suggest Uhaul to either push customers to use the app only or eliminate your app and improve you website experience.

One of the most stressful exhausting experiences of my life. I have used U Haul 3 other times this last 16 months. Because of this one horrible, stressful, botched, experience I will never use U Haul again! This was moving hell, because of how U Haul handled it.

We love the location of the facility, but our spot was not ideal with the trailer that was parked in the spot in front of us and the trees that line the back of our spot left our boat cover stained and covered in debris. Now - it's not the end of the world and we will be back in the spring - if you have something available, but hoping we can get a more open spot. We shall see. Thanks and see you all in 2024.

Excellent storage facility! I used this storage company for over one year and couldn't be happier! Heated / air conditioned units, four loading ramps, and security cameras throughout! Great rates too! I highly recommend!

Service was good and the facility was convenient. We noticed after unpacking and moving our furniture into our home all of our clothes and upholstery items took on the smell of the facility which is a sort of industrial type smell which is hard to explain. It was actually my only concern when looking at the facility initially. It’s a it’s almost a wet clay /play doh/ concrete smell. All of the mentioned items were boxed and even the packing paper absorbed the smell. The upholstery was shrunk wrapped and cushions plastic bagged. Luckily most things can be washed but our sofas may not fair so well. We’ll see how much baking soda and febreeze it will take Overall service and everything was good I just cannot recommend this establishment because if the lingering smell that was left.

The staff at this storage facility gave me excellent customer service. The staff is very helpful and once you book a reservation with them; your unit is reserved and waiting for you. Unlike other storage units who state to you the same and when you show up; you find out your storage unit has been taken. Their prices on the units is very good too. If you rent a the 20 or. Or 26ft. U haul truck from them; they will credit your storage unit $25.00. They also have dollies and carts available for you to use. They have different platforms you can unload or load your truck up from. I was very satisfied with the facility staff; layout; the loading areas, security system; and the cleanliness of the facility and trucks..
