Nothing wrong with the location. However, I booked this through the app. When I got to the pick up location and stated going through the pickup process, the app wanted me to upload photos of the truck before I headed out. The app would not accept a single photo I took. It never said there was an error or something wrong, it just kept acting like I wasn’t uploading a photo at all. I had to call customer service and it took 45 minutes before I could leave the lot, making my move go late into the night. Would not recommend using the app in the future.
