I don’t think it can be improved. The trailer was ready to go upon my arrival, Shannon checked me in in less than 5 min and she also hooked up the trailer to my vehicle. She did a safety check and I was pulling off the lot in no time. Site was spotless which I appreciated. Shannon was wonderful and I hope her boss reads this review and she gets a big raise because she made this simple.
