First of all, the woman behind the counter was not very pleasant. She was quite rude actually and made me feel uncomfortable. I am pretty certain I left my key at the counter by mistake for my car, which I was leaving there as I rented the truck. The truck smelled and had cigarettes in it. By the time I realized I had left my key there the office was closed. Later, I found the key in the middle of the parking lot. Initially, I felt 60+ dollars was an awful lot to rent the truck for a few hours. Because I had no choice but to return it later since I could not find my key I wound up getting charged an additional hundred dollars. And short, I will never rent a truck from U-Haul again. There is absolutely no way I would recommend this particular location either as it was extremely difficult to find in the first place and the Staff is very rude.

Jorge HI don’t think it can be improved. The trailer was ready to go upon my arrival, Shannon checked me in in less than 5 min and she also hooked up the trailer to my vehicle. She did a safety check and I was pulling off the lot in no time. Site was spotless which I appreciated. Shannon was wonderful and I hope her boss reads this review and she gets a big raise because she made this simple.
