No one at this company seems to care, that I made a reservation for a specific location, and 24hr before my pick up, uhaul calls to say that they don't have my truck at the location and I would have to go to another location to pick it up. No one cared that I had issues with this change. I asked for a manager after the lady I talked with began arguing with me about how long it would take me to get to the new location. She transfered me to some regional help line and not her manager. When I finally got the manager of the little rock area, she did not care as well. What's the point of a reservation with uhaul? I will never use this company again. I know it doesn't matter to this company or it's employees. They could care less about being helpful to the customer, and rather be lazy and argumentative. Never again.

Had what I needed

Joe WLocation nearest to me could not fill order, was sent to West Little Rock which was a distance away adding additional mileage.
BLONDINE PTruck had dried mud on it around the tires, but was otherwise clean. The key was James into the lock box such that the only way I could remove it was by breaking the big plastic holder. Minor, in the end. I really lost lots of time to the U Haul app, which lacked a sufficient error indicator saying it must have location permissions to allow pickup. This issue is not on this local vendor, but on U Haul corporate.
