The people at this location are super friendly and helpful. My experience could not have been any easier or convienient. Highly recommend. The only issue was the Uhaul checkout app that makes you take pictures of the rental equipment; that was a little tedious and time-consuming, but that has nothing to do with this location. That's a Uhaul corporate issue.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI have no complaints about the service at this location. The truck was very clean and the rental process was simple.
Wendy WMy reservation for a 20' truck was changed from the Kanis Rd location in Little Rock, AR to the Chenal location. Then the evening before my pick up, around 5 pm, my reservation was changed again to a 26' truck because the 20' was not available. I understand things happen but i made my reservation in plenty of time to hold the 20' truck. The 26' was a lot of truck to drive and used a lot of gas (averaged & 7-8 mpg). The truck windows were very dirty on the inside, like a dog had it's nose on the window and the back end area above the cab was very dirty.
MICHAEL PVery friendly and great help getting what I needed. It was a trailer which I’m not very good hooking up and parking when I brought it back. They did it all.!!!
richard jI reserved a 15 foot truck but when I got there they had a 26 foot truck for me. The guy that took the reservation put it in wrong. They had no 15 footers so I had to take the larger truck.
