They have a canopy with a sign that says 10’ clearance and another sign on the building wall that says equipment here. The eve of the canopy has been hit many times and of course so did I. They should just block this drive so no one can get close to the canopy. Instead it’s like they want to be able to charge for this?

Please check all tires and air pressures before handing off to a customer. Tires looked soft, no concern by rental location. Had a nail in one tire that delayed our travel by 1 day.
CHERILYN HI was rerouted from Crofton to Odenton because the truck I reserved became unavailable. The Odenton office location was excellent!
KEITH DI was charged 3 times what I was quoted and even complained about it and then charged my card anyways without talking to me.
