The night before I was scheduled to pick up the truck I received a text message saying my pickup location was changed from around the corner to Essex Md, which is over an hour away from where I was!!!!! I called the number listed and they found one 30 min from me. I made the reservation over a week before. This entire event will cause me to think twice about renting a truck in the future. You are not dependable. I used the truck for two days and yet you charged me for 4 days!!!! That's nothing but price gouging!!

The UHaul app was bothersome when uploading photos for pick up. I had to do a live chat just to finish the process. Then when dropping it off nothing was working on the app and when I walked in and talked to the guy at the register he said the system crashed/ was down. Other than that the experience was good and I got my stuff moved.

Rebecca TThe vehicle broke down on me twice. I had to call roadside assistance and they were able to only fix it to the point where I can limp the vehicle back to the uhaul station, where it broke down again. I want a full refund.
