They did the best they could to get into a truck. My rental issues werent the location, they kept moving and switching my location

The vehicle broke down on me twice. I had to call roadside assistance and they were able to only fix it to the point where I can limp the vehicle back to the uhaul station, where it broke down again. I want a full refund.

Leona SWe dropped off at 3:50 pm and the Uhaul rep was not there even though the location said it was open until 5pm. A gas station attendant directed us to drop off the trailer and said someone would check us out on app. I had to call the next day to get my account updated.
