App did not work, no fault of the location. Truck had a check engine light on but was otherwise clean and in good condition.

I was switched to this location from original pick up location and had to drive an extra 30 minutes to pick up. The location had wrong drop off so my cc charged 1200.00 to much which they had to then do a credit back. They mentioned they have been without an AFM (Supervision and person who helps check equipment maintained)and I believe it since they sent us out with a car carrier that should have never been sent out. Day two of our trip the axel broke on trailer. We lost a day on the road, had to walk 2 miles to hotel and then drive two 16 hour days to make it on time for movers to unload truck. I am still waiting to hear what this location plans to do to make it right for us eating hotel costs, the time crunch and hours of waiting for service on the road only to be stranded overnight until another trailer could be brought. Please make sure you check your equipment very well if renting from here. They did not go over anything with us about the equipment. I am very familiar with U-Haul having four locations at our managed storage locations so am pretty disappointed on my experience as a customer. Hoping the renting dealership makes it right but haven't heard anything as yet. The people in traffic department have tried to be helpful.
