The Mission Valley staff were very helpful and had a 10’ truck I requested. Particularly the staff member that sent me off and returned to, was pleasant and engaging. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with my first request at my initial location. They didn’t tell me ahead of time and didn’t have my truck when I arrived and tried to give me a van instead, so I had to reluctantly go elsewhere. That had me lose about 1-1 1/2 hrs of valuable work time. The U-Haul rep over the phone was VERY helpful with my situation.
