The trailer itself was in good condition mechanically, though it was full of leaves because it’s parked right under a tree. However, the worst part was the staff member's unauthorized addition of optional insurance. I explicitly declined the insurance coverage during my app checkout, but the employee added it without my knowledge or consent during pickup, resulting in an unexpected extra charge. This kind of sneaky practice ruins the experience.
