I was in a jam for meeting a deadline and needed a15' truck. The Uhaul on El Cajon and 43rd st. were very helpful in reserving a truck from the Mission Valley location. Both places were very helpful, pleasant and professional.

Very easy to get and return rental. Staff was nice and easygoing

Devon CI booked the U-Haul to be picked up at a downtown location because it was walkable (we don't have a car in San Diego), but our pick up location was changed to Mission Valley Moving Services, which we couldn't walk to, so we had to take an Uber to the pickup location, which was not ideal.
