When you call to confirm the closing time of 7pm and get there at 5:30pm and the gates are closed and no one answers the phone, that’s is unprofessional and extremely frustrating.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMake sure the windows work properly. The passenger side window sounded like it was rolling up with sand on it every time you rolled it up to the very top. Very annoying. Also the airbag wasn't on passenger side
