The 24/7 process is not clear whatsoever. I was sent a video as far as how it works and how simple it was to valid my info in order to pick-up the truck prior after hours which was not easy and clear at all. The fact you need two forms of ID / identification, the fact you have to call a reference to valid my identify, these were not made clear prior to going to pick up the truck. The intention was to pick it up at 7AM, I had to wait until the store opened at 8AM to actually have someone at the store help me check out the truck which put us behind an hour with our move. Perhaps you allow the person to do all of these confirmation steps 24-48 hours prior to pick up versus right at the time they are scheduled to pick it up so that it's all done when you go pick it up at the hour you need it versus scrambling and trying to figure it out last minute when you could have been on your way with the truck as planned. Not my best Uhaul experience due to this very unclear and inefficient process.

ROBERT JThe Mission Valley staff were very helpful and had a 10’ truck I requested. Particularly the staff member that sent me off and returned to, was pleasant and engaging. I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with my first request at my initial location. They didn’t tell me ahead of time and didn’t have my truck when I arrived and tried to give me a van instead, so I had to reluctantly go elsewhere. That had me lose about 1-1 1/2 hrs of valuable work time. The U-Haul rep over the phone was VERY helpful with my situation.
