When I got the vehicle it was dirty on the inside and the outside I took it home and washed it on the outside and took it used it dropped it off and got charged for the cleaning fee then on my way over there to get the vehicle I had to drive 30 mi back home which is fine The U-Haul got 3.8 mi to the gallon The worst maintenance I've ever seen on a vehicle and probably the worst U-Haul I've ever driven I probably will never choose to use the U-Haul again because of that I ended up spending almost $200 in gas when it should have been less than a hundred
