Andrew Vi was supposed to pick up the truck at 10:00 AM. When I arrived at the location at that time, no one was there. I called the number on the door and no one answered. about 10 minutes later the proprietor came speeding up jumped out of his truck left it running in the parking lot and opened the door. He did not even know if he had the truck i had rented. I had rented 2 dozen moving pads and he did not have them. I had to drive across town to another store to get the pads. this took another 45 minutes before i could start my move. He happened to have the dolly's that i rented, but it seemed a surprise to him that he actually had them. This was a very unorganized rental and took at least an houir longer to get started than was expected.
