The place was filthy, the guy hooked it up we drove several hours, arrived home to have my husband tell me we did not have lights on the driver side. No brake lights, turn signal, nothing. That could have ended badly with us being on a busy highway for that amount of time. The trailer jack handle was bent and made it difficult to hook the trailer up and unhook it. I would think when he hooked the trailer up.He would be responsible for making sure the lights worked on it.

The truck was in excellent shape and it drove well and well cleaned and maintained. Great customer service from the Dealer and u haul customer support. I will be using this facility more than anywhere else when I need anything moved at all.
