How U-Haul Reviews Work2nd time at this location. I WILL use it again.
Brett CLady that performed check in was incredibly unprofessional, stated that U-Haul canceled my reservation due to my tardiness in which she had to create a new, however my original reservation was still available and active in app. In addition, I was under the impression I chose a no contact or online pick up option when I made the reservation, there were not any options as such. Overall my experience was very unprofessional and the person was very condescending in regards to my online reservation with comments that I did not do it correctly. Overall I simply wanted to share that U-Haul was not represented well in this experience, I will be looking to a different location in future reservations
