This experience was ridiculous, I couldn't get the app or website to work, then had to wait for verify from someone else which is ridiculous what does it matter when i am paying, couldn't upload the pictures, could check out it wouldn't let me. It was just a disaster and will likely not rent again

Rad FMay need new printer. Older customers may not be open to not having a physical copy of their U-Haul paperwork.
Rose AService at the desk was great but there was food underneath the seats. I cleaned most of it up because it was gross. The engine ran hard and kept hesitating. Which was surprising for a newer truck. It was kind of the the automatic transmission wasn’t working. The driver side door didn’t want to shut easily. I would have to pull the door super hard to get it to close but the notifications can coming on and turning off and it still didn’t seem right.
