Windshield and outside of truck was dirty. On a positive note pickup was easy. I would have preferred a full tank as opposed to 1/4
tony cWe reserved a cargo trailer at a location close to our home. We found out by text message 2 days in advance that they did not have the trailer we reserved. We called the original location and asked what happened and if we could get an extra day on the rental since we now have to drive 3 times farther to get the trailer. They told us we needed to call corporate and gave us the number. I was on the line a long time before I someone finally answered the phone. I asked for an extra day on my contract. She said she would call me back on the phone I called from because the battery was dead on my phone. No reply to that phone. I sent an email. The only reply was that they received and read my email. We drove to the new location to pick up the trailer. Our contract said to be there at 9:00 am. We arrived at 8:30. The place was closed. We waited until after 9:00 and called the number we were given for the pickup location. No answer and the message box was full. We tried calling 2 more times, same result. We finally got through to corporate and they tried calling the dealer and got the same result. Corporate did give us an extra day and $50 off and told us to wait another 20 minutes. The dealer finally showed up at 9:45. His internet was terrible and he had to do the paperwork on his phone. The trailer was fine and we made the trip just fine and had no trouble with the drop off location. We will probably not ever use Uhaul again.
