Great customer service, clean vehicle, great time management
kimbaly kAll in all I had a good experience and everything went well. The check in process was a little confusing to me but I managed. I had locked the door and stoped the keys in the box before I started in the check in process so couldn’t take inside pictures or get the miles. I just estimated the miles and must have pun in a wrong number and the miles were over by a lot. I called the call center and they are working on it for me and will let me know the end results in a couple of days. This was my first time using the app and I learned a lot for the next time I use it.

Mark JThe drop off location was closed so the questions do not apply since nobody was there to receive our truck. I dropped the keys into the overnight key drop box. nothing more.....
