First off, the truck was making a high pitch noise the entire drive. And when I returned the truck, I topped it off close to what I had when I picked it up. You guys charging me an additional $44.00 is complete bs. You said a representative will call to discuss this, no call was made and now the charge is on my statement. Never using uhaul again

ALEXANDER AI will never ever use UHaul again if they don't return me the extra extra fees that are $206.79 plus $7.91. The charge for 15 ft truck and 39 km distance. I also put the gas back. I wish I hired people with their own truck. So disappointed. You can't treat people like fools.
