So many issues with this rental. 1 the system said the rental information did not match my id. And I was required to provide 2 names and phone numbers 2 I tried 3 times to upload my driver's licence and the guy tried w times with his phone before it worked. 3 the area where the truck is stored requires that you need to back the truck all the way and it's beside a highschool with many kids around. In all it took me 35 minutes to get the paperwork and truck out of the parking lot. 4 the truck is in very bad need of an alignment. My arms were tired from having to hold the steering wheel to the left approximately 25 to 30 degrees the entire drive in order to drive straight I have a video of the truck pulling and I'll quickly. 5 call U-Haul number to inform you and got transferred and then transferred again and then disconnected and had to call back and then get transferred again after the first person in total to reach you all by phone took over 35 minutes. I am waiting to see what kind of compensation will be provided as the truck probably burned excess amount of fuel during the trip please don't hesitate to contact me

I reserved a 20 foot truck. When I got to this location to pick up the truck it was a 26 footer. Was told a different price per mile. Not sure if I was charged for a 20 foot truck or 26 foot truck. Price per mile was .60 cents more than I was quoted.
MICHAEL GAsk to see the bill before paying. Overcharged me 40 dollars from invoice to what i tapped.
RANDY LDon't have hidden fees. The price I booked for was not what I paid, plus I got charged extra for who knows what. Shit company. I will never use. Or recommend U-Haul to anyone
