When we arrived at our scheduled time, we waiting in line for almost an hour. There was very little staff, nobody to answer questions. The woman at the counter was fine, just understaffed. However, we booked our truck 6 days in advance at the Monroe Michigan office and were notified the night before that the one we booked was not going to be available and we would have to drive an hour north to Inkster to pick it up. It added a total of 3 hours to our trip and created alot of chaos for our group. The person that called did give us an extra 50 miles and a bit of a discount but if I had known. I would have booked with a different company.

Very busy place when we dropped off But they took care of each and every person respectfully and very pleasant people
Mike IThe interaction was effective. The staff was obviously trying hard to be friendly but lacked professionalism. I suspect they will improve. Mentoring would be appropriate.
Greg WI was a walk in. Got the truck I needed and was in and out in under 15 minutes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Truck drove great, was new truck and really clean.
