The only issue I had was the 1800 number I called said the car hauler would only be available until 5:45 for pick up and I got there in plenty of time but the person wasn’t there until that time they said it was reserved for 5:45 so miss communication on the lady with the phone to the people at the shop. Other than that all good

Strong smoke smell in cab. Needed to be aired out

Jay DI had to go to another location to pick up the auto transport they was 10 miles out of my way than the original location that I had scheduled. The person was not there at 10am as scheduled so I had to call him and wait 20 minutes for him to arrive. I had to fix the tire straps as they were all tangled up. I expect a dickens for the inconvenience and poor service.
Michael DHad to buy a tire and rim for trailer road side would not answer phone Saturday night .spent 170.00 did not get reimbursed.
