I did a self-return at this location, so did not interact with anyone. The location itself is fine, but the Uhaul self-return process is very flawed, confusing and generally horrible. I apparently managed to get the return done, but not without a very long, confusing process of wandering around trying to find a QR code, getting kicked out of the app multiple times and the chat feature only partially helpfule. Needs a lot of work, U-Haul. The concept of a self return is great, but the app and execution needs much work.
