The ONLY thing that could have/should have been done was change both front tires. The right front had metal coming through the rubber after less than 500 miles. The service tech that came out was Anthony Jones from nearby, who I cannot say enough good things about, said he would have changed both, but only had one tire. The left tire did make it, but going up into the Rockies was nerve wracking. But all in all, Cross Country Stores was really friendly and helpful.

DAVID TU-Haul makes this so easy! Online reservation easy. Customer Service/Reservations call you the day after you reserve to be sure everything is lined up. You can call them back if something comes up. I've used UHaul twice in the last 3 weeks (one a college student move the other helping a friend move). Both times excellent service from online to pick-up to return of the truck. U-Haul is SO organized and SO customer-service driven. Why can't all businesses do what U-Haul does !
