The location was fine. However it was not the location i had reserved for pick up. I got a call the day before pick up telling me that my reserved location was not available. This is not acceptable.

Celina DThe inside of the trailer had some grease on the floor from a previous renter. We had to scrub it off our sofa.and hands. After the it was empty I took it to a carwash bay and pressure washed and scrubbed the inside of the trailer clean.
Loren YEverything went well with the reservation, but the only complaint I have is that the air conditioner didn't work in the truck. It was too hot and customer service didn't do a great job assisting when I called. The truck was returned and I was covered in sweat. Do a better job checking these before renting them to customers. I think some sort of credit back should be warranted.
Calvin WOur problem has nothing to do with the location itself, but rather U-Haul themselves. I had scheduled reservation 1 mile from my house. Went to pick up rent truck and no one there and no trucks there. No one contacted us to tell us there were trucks available at this time. When then had to switch to Angleton adding miles and time. The wrong mileage was also entered in wrong from the beginning. Something was going to cost me $40-$50 ended up costing us $253. I was more frustrated about have a scheduled reservation and then it not being available or notified.
