This is an app check in location, and it’s horrible to check in without any help. And the truck did it’s job, but certainly wasn’t clean up front. 2 of the blankets they gave me were soaking wet also. The driver’s seat visor flaps around while your driving, often obstructing your view thru the windshield. I wasn’t very happy with the whole experience, sorry to say.

Riaz NThe night before my rental I stopped by to make sure I understood the process for picking up the truck - The agent was sitting off to the side at a table that I thought may have been for guests - he had earbuds in no uniform or indication he worked there. I walked around the site for a few minutes before finally asking if anyone that works there was around. He finally spoke up and did answer my questions. The pick up was a pain because the locks they use for the key pick up were in awful shape. I took me over 10 minutes just to get the lock open. The vehicle was OK however the interior was not very clean, the mirrors were all askew and you could barely see out of the windshield. The inside of the windshield was filthy with big water spots. The wipers were old and worn and didn't do much to help with visibility. I've rented numerous times from u-haul with much better customer service and vehicles that were much cleaner. I had reserved a 15 foot truck and was told none were available, and switched me to a 10 foot truck that barely fit the contents of the apartment, and did not have a loading ramp - this made lifting heavy items into the back of the truck much more difficult. Wish I had been told that, as I'd have preferred a 15 foot with a ramp. Overall, just not a good experience this time - sorry U-Haul.
