How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe were told that a staff member would be there to assist us with disconnecting the trailer and taking care of everything. We got there and the person helping was not helpful at all. It's hard to pull into the lot and once we did the staff member told us we needed to turn it around in a confined space, and then back it up through the fence and on the side of the building. This required us backing it out into oncoming traffic and standing in the street to stop traffic. We were told even when we rented it from the other location that someone would handle everything for us. The location in Houston did not and told us that we got to close to the building. It was extremely disappointing and took way too long to drop it off. This was stressful and more than we were prepared to do.
