Everything about this Uhaul experience was wonderful from pick up to drop off, including the road side service for pulling us out of the mud when we were stuck in the mud at the Storage facility. The only downside was the miles that I went over on, as there were flooded roads that we had to turn around at several spots because they were flooded, resulting in extra miles I hadn't anticipated. Every thing else was great though!

Original drop off location was closed and hone was not working. Called U Haul "customer service" for an alternate and they had no idea what I should do. Absolutely worthless. Found an alternate on my own and they did a nice job. You won't see me again.
