LARRY CWhen I picked up the truck I got excellent service. When I dropped it off I was late. However the people there wererude and unhelpful. Different personal than who I initially dealt with. I should not have to wait for a receipt. I should know before I leave the office how much I owe. Been dealing with uhaul off and on for 30 some years and never had to wait on a final price if dropped off during business hours.
