The pickup process was slow, and the employee who helped load the trailer did not perform any safety checks, including verifying that the trailer lights were working properly. Additionally, my vehicle was pulled too far forward on the trailer, causing the front bumper to snag on the trailer when it was time to unload. Fortunately, the receiving team was very helpful and assisted me in getting the vehicle off the trailer without causing further damage.

Just a note on the Toy Hauler configuration. A single loading ramp vs the 3 individual ramps would make a much better configuration. Loading my CanAm was a bit precarious, trying to keep the single rear wheel on the center ramp. Otherwise, a greart trailer!
