The truck needed an oil change and was completely out of gas. It started to shake as I was pulling out and was straining to go further. I’ve never seen the the needle go past E on those trucks but it was. I added $90.00 and it was still my not filled up(25.45 gallons) . Also the can smelled terrible, marijuana or some foreign substance and was dirty. the location was fine but the person who used the truck before did not care to take care of it.

Kristy PU Haul says location opens at 8. Showed up at 8 was told guy doesn’t get there until 9. I specifically did not want to do the app for check in but was forced to. Ordered two furniture dollies. The location did not have them. Was told to go to another location and they would give me dollies. Went there and they wouldn’t give me dollies. Wasted 40 minutes and 12 miles of my rental time doing this. Had to rent them at Home Depot. Was moving by myself to dollies were not optional.
