I rented the use of two Dollie’s and moving blankets, without those I could not move out of my apartment. Pull up to the location and do the very annoying task of making sure the location feature knows I’m at the correct place and put in all the information it needed. I get to the truck and non of the equipment I ordered was in the truck. Not one dollie not one blanket. Couldn’t take the damn truck without the dollies. I’m not the hulk how tf was I supposed to take the dumb truck if u can’t get anything inside it without the dollies. The whole thing wasted an entire day of moving and packing, had to call customer service and have them cancel the order and now I’m waiting to make sure yall didn’t steal money from me AND more time. I’m supposed to have a $50 discount on my next rental so now I have to try to move again today and hope that the folks running their U-Haul locations actually did their job.
