I was very happy with the vehicle and the service, though there is a potential problem that I think might be worth mentioning. After signing the contract and receiving the keys, I received a text message with a link so I could use my camera to document the condition of the vehicle prior to taking it off the lot. That's good, because it prevents the customer from getting blamed for any damage that occurred before the customer took possession. The problem is, I didn't see that text message until after I had gotten it home. I did take it upon myself to do a walk around, in case there was any pre-existing damage. If I saw anything, I would have reported it immediately. Because this was a fairly new vehicle, I couldn't find a dent or a scratch anywhere. If someone had vandalized the vehicle ten minutes before I showed up, and I didn't think to report it, I might have gotten blamed for it. This would be a tragic outcome, for both the business and the customer. I do believe making sure every customer is aware of the link before handing them the keys would be a wise move. It is also worth considering that not everyone has a smart phone. I'm not sure how that would be handled.

The customer service was good at pick up. But The drivers side window was nearly impossible to roll up and down. And I was charged a $25 clean up service when I only moved a couch and bed. What possibly would have needed clean up. That was not right.
