The trailer tires were severely out of balance. Without a load on the trailer it was difficult to drive speeds above 20 mph due to the imbalance. The tires did appear to be relatively new. This wouldn’t be intuitive to the rental location unless someone reported.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkOnline App, didn’t work in the morning or at checkout. Had to call the 800 both times, cost me a total of an hour of my time because of that. Will only rent from a person next time!
Robert WI rented there two times and each time he’s added insurance to my reservation. Used him twice I’m being truthful. I’ve had to have him take it off. I don’t think that’s what he should be doing.
