Not in a great location . Personnel were very nice and eager to help. The truck was at a different location from my original request and much further away, but that is probably a U-Haul issue and not the fault of the site

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI reserved a panel van two weeks prior to my pickup date. The van was not available on my pickup date, resulting in me renting a 10' box truck.
Chris DCharged a $25 cleaning fee and the truck was returned clean and with more gas than when it was picked up. I will never rent from uhaul again

Amy HThere were two new tires and two very badly worn tires. No spare tire. The door was hard very hard to open and close the lights on the right hand side of the trailer once I got a mile down the road all went out. I was traveling at night. My opinion of U-Haul overall would be a -5 the online registration reservation I could not use it would not let me return the trailer to where I want it to then when I got to the airline location, there was none available. I was told someone would contact me in reservations to set up a trailer for me I was never contacted. The staff at the airline location was very racist, judgmental ignorant, and just playing out stupid all they want me to do was go home and book it online .overall U-Haul is a.JOKE
