The vehicle was clean overall, however seems to be in for repair as the engine was running rough and consuming fuel at a higher rate than normal. In addition to that, there was some kind of exhaust issue causing some fumes to get into the cab and ultimately causing me to have a severe headache the following day. I believe it would be appropriate for a manager to call me and to discuss possible compensation since I paid for the vehicle without hesitation and received a substandard product.

I lost 1:30 hours from 3 hours that I had for my moving time (elevator booking) because I got confirmation from Newmarket the day before. Once I went there on the moving day, they said they don't have the truck and they asked me to go to another city 40mins away from their location up NORTH! Because of that I had to rent another truck the day after to move the rest of the stuff since the elevator was booked by another neighbor on the moving day!!!
ARDAVAN AThe air conditioning wasn't working and your system was down. It took me 40 minutes to try and check in even with calling customer service. Not the guys fault at the rental place but a flaw with uhaul itself.
