While Gils provided a close by clean van the UHaul rental was a nightmare. App kept kicking me out or freezing, unable to reach anyone by phone and chat agent stopped responding. After 90 minutes of standing in the rainy cold weather my previously booked van was finally available. After all that they charged me the $25 insurance fee that I had declined every time I tried to book the rental. Waiting to see if they refund that but not holding my breath.
