Let me know you’re gonna take the money before you do it so I can prepare or at least understand as I am on the outside looking in, but I should’ve definitely got a phone call or more than some stupid email or text to let me know that money was going to be taken from my card without my knowing. I’ve never commented to anything in my life, but I just thought you should know that as a company and if you don’t get a hold of somebody, just give it a day or two and communicate before you regulate thank you. I am a business owner myself and have many clients and many checks with due dates but as long as you communicate with a human and not a computer, things will be much easier on everyone.
