Never had an issue with the pickup only the checking the truck out, it was just too much. The better questions that need to be asked is the U-Haul website and the lack of not explaining well enough for one to understand the process.

The operator of the location (The Rustic Lantern, Belle Missouri) failed to check in my rental which was dropped off approximately 8hrs early causing me to be charged late drop off fees.
