Thanks for asking. It was a very strange experience and I suspect fraud. I made a reservation at one location in Belleville (Parker Street) but received a phone call form "head office at Uhaul Canada" to say that if I switched locations to a new location to support the new location (Wilkins Street) I would get a discount ($79 cents/km instead of 1.29/km). Although skeptical because it seems like a strange thing to do to the local established locations, I said yes. Then, when I checked out it was $1.29/km). I do not appreciate being scammed.

Chantelle HCheck in took too long. Worker had to call and check me in over the phone after trying to check me in herself and couldn't. About a 20 min process which lead to having truck for a reduced time. Truck on tow/haul with no instructions to take off.... waste of gas . M amd m's all over the back of the truck. Had to clean up so not to slip before using it.
