How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe directions to get to the location were incorrect- we found it by looking for U-Haul trucks. I was very frustrated with U-Haul that I couldn’t specify the drop off location. My storage unit is located at a U-Haul storage facility but instead I had to go to another place and deal with all the logistics of getting a ride back etc, instead of simply being able to leave it at the U-Haul facility next to my home. I’m very disappointed in what appears to be complete disinterest in customer service at U-Haul. Didn’t used to be that way. Now you just ask dissatisfied customers to give their time to answering surveys to improve customer service- as though that somehow makes up for the fact that there is virtually NO customer service. You just look for ways for the customer to help your bottomline rather than seeing running a business as a means of providing a service and creating a mutually beneficial relationship. Shame on you.
