This was not the location we picked, we got sent to 3 different ones over 40 minutes from us. Return was easy once we got there but wont be using uhaul again. Not “clean and inviting” its in middle of nowhere by a field

The check in procedure was challenging because there was no representative on site. The lady did explain the procedure and worked with me to finalize the pick up.
