There was a scheduling error for pickup. Rep stayed after hours to take care of me. I was in a real bind, needed the truck immediately and he accommodated me. Truck was in great shape. A little off the beaten path but great experience! Thank you!

Rented from U-Haul maybe a dozen times and there has always been something that makes me feel like I’m visiting the DMV. This was very much the exception - Tim was awesome in finalizing reservation when online system didn’t work, and extending the rental an additional day. Great help!
CHRISTOPHER CAbsolutely horrible experience returning it. We were told by U-Haul over the phone that they would be open for drop-off. We got there to drop it off, and they weren't open. The landlord said it's not safe to return if U-Haul isn't there. Dispatch said to come back at 7 a.m., when they were supposedly open. At 7 a.m., no one was there yet again. After driving 9 hours and having to go back multiple times was a complete pain in the ***.
