How U-Haul Reviews WorkBen was very helpful and helpful in fixing an issue. Ben went over and above to help make things right. The location for pick up didn't have a truck for us. The truck was supposed to be available at 915 am and no truck was there. We arrived at 10 am and no truck. The clerk said that they've been trying to get trucks for 2 weeks and still no trucks are on site. Why do you rent a vehicle from a location where there aren't any trucks. Maybe someone needs to go out into the parking lot and update the locations inventory. I had to drive 15 miles back to the original location to get a truck that is not the size we needed. We ordered a 20 foot truck and really had to squeeze part of the load into the truck, floor to ceiling, top to bottom. We also had to borrow the neighbors truck and pay $40 more for that gas when the larger truck would have done it all in one trip.
