Michael HSeems like a one person operation, and he was gone when I arrived despite it being during normal business hours. There was a note on the door directing me to call U-haul to check in, but then he returned while I was working on that. Check-in went fine after that. When I returned the next day, he was in the yard, directed me to where I should park, and then apparently left - the door was locked. I put the keys in the dropbox and I believe everything was fine, just poor communication overall. I’d seek out another location in the future.
