They opened late the place was a dump and the associate had no clue what they were doing. I had to hook the trailer to my truck for them as he had no idea how to do it. The definitely do not represent your brand well

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen we opened the back door there was a lot of blankets in it and a dolly which we had said we did not want. There was also a big heavy floor jack in the back. There was candy in the back and confetti, we had to sweep it out before we loaded it. So it was cleaner when we returned it then when we got it. The cab was clean.
Sandra RI got over charged for miles I didn’t use the lady said I would get a refund for the miles I didn’t use and I didn’t get it at all.
Ricardo GI had a scheduled time for pickup at 8:00 am. The pickup location didn’t open til 9:00 am. Once we found out about mobile check in the app was very difficult to maneuver.
Judy LI was charged for moving pads, dolly and 2 wheeler. This location did not even have pads. They tried to remove the charges but it didn’t come off the total. The staff at this location were great I think the issue was the U-Haul web site.
