I have pictures of how poor a job strapin the car securely on the two wheel car tralier. I have pictures of a car seat belt strapped in place of broken strap on the wheel restrains and the tail lights didn't work. I have pictures of everything im saying. These guys need to be trained to do there job correctly. We had a incident where straps came off 45 minutes waiting on road side assistant to arrive. And even though took awhile for the guy to arrive he was great helped out that wonderful I tipped the guy he was great assistant. But that location on Pass rd they need help and I need a refund experience from that location was terrible.

The AC didn't work properly. It only blew in "defrost" mode and the cab did not properly cool. It was extremely hot, about 98°, the days I rented.
Molly SVery unprofessional. We had to wait 15 minutes when picking up our U-Haul. No apology was given. I was very dissatisfied with this location and will not be going back.
Rotanya LI booked for 4 hours but when I got there for 9 she was busy with another customer. It took longer to complete the process so I left at 9:40 and was told I still needed to return truck for 1:15 because someone else was waiting on it. Truck was returned I was rushing, traffic was terrible due to scrapping the coast. I was overcharged for the not filling the truck up which I received way under the half mark.
