Very unprofessional. We had to wait 15 minutes when picking up our U-Haul. No apology was given. I was very dissatisfied with this location and will not be going back.

I booked for 4 hours but when I got there for 9 she was busy with another customer. It took longer to complete the process so I left at 9:40 and was told I still needed to return truck for 1:15 because someone else was waiting on it. Truck was returned I was rushing, traffic was terrible due to scrapping the coast. I was overcharged for the not filling the truck up which I received way under the half mark.

Charles SThe trailer had some damage to the right fender, also I drove through several rain showers and it some how got inside the trailer. There was no damage visible on the trailer that would have allowed it. The staff were helpful and attentive.
