I placed a reservation for a 10 ft truck. My location was changed saying the 10 ft was not available. I had to drive 30 miles to get my truck, only to find there was no 10 ft truck. I had to accept a different truck, and am needlessly paying for 60 miles of mileage I passed countless Uhaul locations to get to this one. There is a Uhaul location across the street from my subdivision. That location had a 10 ft truck that never moved for the entire weekend.

Joycelyn LVery helpful and super friendly!
Joiedene WI had problems with getting the keys and the WiFi and or internet signal was weak so it made it difficult to utilize the app. Having a person would’ve helped save me some time and made my process much smoother
Lee GMelanie provided Excellent customer service. She even assisted me with cancelation of another reservation. She explained the entire process in detail and walked with me and my wife to the vehicle to make sure that it was full of fuel and no damages. I would definitely recommend this organization for your next move.
