I originally booked a trailer at 590 south Main Street in bishop California 3weeks before I needed it I was told they would call the day before pickup, No call I called them multiple times NO ANSWER. Fortunately I left a message on Jeff’s phone at roundup location he called back immediately to let me know even though he doesn’t open till 3he would meet me at 9:30 to accommodate my previous schedule. Jeff was awesome,helpful kind a pleasure to work with.@2:30 same day original person called and said I THINK YOU SCHEDULED A TRAILER you can stop buy @3 or later to get it. I told him I’ve used some one else and hung up. The 590 location in bishop is an embarrassment to your name and needs to be closed!! Useless uncaring.
