When I returned the trailer, I went to one of the addresses given me as an option to return on Locksely Lane, Auburn, CA. The representative cursed at me in front of another customer and yelled for me to leave the property. Humiliating and incredibly unprofessional, and extremely distressing. He wrote the trailer number down and told me if I complain about him he will “get me” and make me pay. Does he have my personal info? My address? What is he going to do? I called Uhaul while he was screaming and cursing and they recorded the whole thing. I’m also reporting this to the police today.

Breann HIt would have been a lot better experience if the vehicle i reserved 2 weeks in advance would have been available in the city that I reserved it for. The day before I was told pick up the truck I received a call stating that the truck was in a different city. I had to drive to the different city to pick it up. If there was any customer service, they would have delivered the truck to the original pick up place.
